Roaster's Notes

A balanced blend of coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea, designed to create a smooth and subtle cup. Milk chocolate sweetness sits at the centre, with gentle acidity and a rounded finish. Notes of chocolate, pear, and praline with a gentle acidity - it's the blend we've built our roastery on.
